    • First pick of models at fittings
    • Your own beauty look, or bring your own lead artist, plus a dedicated dresser lead
    • All edited runway photos, 10 backstage photos and a 30 to 60 second reel
    • 2 VIP and 2 GA tickets, plus 3 backstage passes
    • Your own post, a pre-show designer story and your logo in the program
    • Your own 10 x 10 ft Studio Booth on Runway Row

Prices in CAD. Each price covers your runway slot and your space to sell. Applying is free and you only pay if you're accepted. If you aren't chosen for Free, we may offer you a Friend spot. Every tier walks the same runway with the same lights and the same model pool.

Runway Row
8 spaces next to the runway exit, one for each runway designer. Guests walk past you on the way out of the show.
Meet the Look
Your models wear your looks at your space for 20 minutes after your segment, so guests can see the pieces up close.
Shop from the program
Each designer gets a QR code in the show program that links to your space or your online shop.
Runway drops
Sell a runway-only piece first come, first served or by time slot. No raffles or paid draws.
Pre-orders welcome
Runway samples are often one of a kind. Take orders on the night and post your delivery and refund terms at your space.
No commission
Flat fees only. You keep 100% of your sales.

How it works

What happens when you apply

  1. Apply online

    Fill in the designer form online before December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. Your answers save as you go.

  2. Submit once

    You'll see a thank-you message when you submit. Each designer can submit once, so check your answers first.

  3. Hear from us by email

    The C-Tribe team reviews applications and will be in touch by email about our decision.

Have these ready

  • Your brand name and the name of your collection
  • How many looks are in the collection (2 to 3, 4 to 6, or 7+)
  • The category: men's, women's, unisex, or a mix
  • Your Instagram handle, and your website if you have one
  • Your full mailing address, including postal code
  • Which package you are applying under: Free, Friend, or Friend Partner Plus (see the packages above)
  • A short note with anything else you want us to know (this question is required)
  • A best guess at how many people in your circle would buy a ticket to see you show, and how you'd tell them
  • Confirmation that you're available on Thursday, February 25, 2027 in Edmonton

About C-Tribe

Where industries collide

C-Tribe Festival brings tech, fashion, gaming, music, culture and film together in Edmonton for six days, August 12 to 17, 2027. It is run by C-Tribe Society, a not-for-profit that has grown from 170 guests in 2017 to more than 8,500 people across its events.

FAQ

Good to know

Is this part of the August festival?
No. The February 25, 2027 show is a standalone event, separate from the C-Tribe Festival on August 12 to 17, 2027. If you want to show at both, apply to both. The August designer call has its own form.
Where is the show?
In Edmonton. The venue will be announced. Selected designers will hear the details from us by email.
What do the packages cost?
Free is $0 CAD and chosen by our jury. Friend is $595 CAD. Friend Partner Plus is $1,595 CAD. Each price covers your runway slot and a space to sell on Runway Row. Applying is free and you only pay if you're accepted.
Who can be chosen for the Free package?
Designers showing on a runway for the first time, or with a brand under three years old, with at least 4 finished looks. A jury of at least three people chooses, with priority for designers from underestimated communities. If you aren't chosen for Free, we may offer you a Friend spot.
Can I sell my collection at the show?
Yes. Every package includes a space to sell on Runway Row, next to the runway exit: a spot on a shared Debut Rail with Free, your own Designer Rail with Friend, and your own 10 x 10 ft Studio Booth with Friend Partner Plus.
When do applications close?
December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST. The form stops accepting submissions after that.
I've already been talking to the C-Tribe team. Should I still apply?
Yes. The form asks whether you've been in touch with us before, so say yes there and we'll connect the dots.
